As of Monday 11th January we will be temporarily changing our opening hours.
We will be open on Monday, Wednesday & Friday until further notice. Sadly, it is that time again... we are having to put our prices up. It's not an option we take lightly, our previous price increase was nearly 3 years ago!
We work hard to bring the public & motor trade very reasonable prices on a high quality product, however, the latest increase in costs from my suppliers has made a price rise unavoidable. Don't worry, the slight increase is still over 30% cheaper than most motoring superstores and main dealers. The revised price list will take effect on Monday 1st April 2019. I value all my customers and want to continue serving you. If you have questions or concerns about this increase, please give me a call. We will be closed from 12 noon on Tuesday 16th October until Monday 5th November.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our customers and friends in the motor trade a very Merry Christmas.
Thank you for all your custom and support in 2017. We will be closing for the festive break on Friday 22nd December at 12noon and re-opening for business on Wednesday 5th January 2018. Don't forget to change your clocks!
The clocks go back an hour overnight as we switch to Daylight Saving Time. The plus side is we all get an extra hours sleep.... and for many people the time in their car will be correct again! Why not also take the opportunity to test & change the batteries in your smoke alarms. Unfortunately, as of the 1st October 2017, we will have to introduce a charge for our customers who pay by credit or debit card.
This has not been an easy decision and for several years we have absorbed the charges, but due to an increase in costs from our card processing supplier it is, unfortunately, now necessary. The charge will be £0.50p per transaction. We will be closed from 1pm tomorrow, 25th August for a Summer Break.
We will be open again for business on Monday 4th September. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Congratulations to the Lionesses who beat France last night in a historic 1-0 victory to reach the semi finals of the Women's Euro 2017 tournament.
They will now play the host nation, the Netherlands in the final four on Wednesday evening with their eyes on making it back-to-back finals! Come on England! If you're driving a vehicle with a rear mounted bike rack, or similar this summer, make sure that your rear number plate is not obscured and is legible.
The fine for driving a vehicle with an unreadable number plate is up to £1,000. You can buy a basic light board and a number plate for less than £25... a small price to pay to stay on the right side of the law! |
